Instead of getting upset and angry at God, try to understand and accept that bad stuff happens to good people. What can we learn from events like this? How can we change ourselves to make the world a little better?
God won’t give you more than you can handle
Something comforting to know is that God won’t give you more challenges, pain, or heartache than you can handle. Though it’s hard in the moment, take all the confidence you need in the fact that you will make it through.
He knows you perfectly, and you are strong enough to get through this. A lot of people come out the other end of their trials and, over time, see why they had to endure what they did. God, our Heavenly Father, knows us better than we know ourselves. The pain and suffering we went through all served a purpose, and we got through because we were capable of handling that.

Sometimes we’re so wrapped up in our sorrows and challenges, it’s like a cloud of darkness enshrouds us. It’s hard to see the good in life, and everything seems dismal.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
There are blessings, sunshine, and little signs of God’s love for us all around. When we look for these signs, we’ll find them.
God sent his Son for YOU
“Does God really care about me?” you ask. Yes, God loves and cares about you completely. In fact, He loves you so much that He sent his son, Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is the Savior and Redeemer of the world. Because of Jesus Christ, everything that is unfair will be made right. Furthermore, we can repent, change, and become better people.
God loves you so much that He was willing to give His son as a sacrifice for our sins.
